What is SSD Rubber’s minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard catalogue parts, MOQs are generally modest and optimized for industrial buyers. For custom molded products, the MOQ depends on the complexity of the part and the tooling required. Once we understand your application and volume needs, we will propose an MOQ that balances unit cost with production efficiency.
What are your typical lead times
Lead time depends on whether the part is from our existing catalogue or a new custom design. Catalogue products can often be produced and shipped within standard industrial lead times after order confirmation. Custom projects include time for tooling, sampling and approval before mass production. Your sales contact will provide a clear timeline based on your specific project.
Can you develop parts from my drawing or sample?
Yes. Most of our OEM/ODM work starts from customer drawings, 3D models or physical samples. Our engineering team will review these, confirm feasibility, propose material and design recommendations if needed, and then proceed to tooling and production once everything is agreed.
What certifications and quality systems do you have?
Our quality management system is certified to *ISO 9001* and *IATF 16949*. Our materials and processes are designed to comply with international frameworks such as RoHS, REACH, FDA, LFGB and others as required by the project.
Do you provide test reports or certificates?
For projects that require documentation, we can provide test reports, material certificates and, where needed, support for third-party certification such as UL, NSF or CE.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. SSD Rubber ships to customers worldwide using established logistics partners. We work with you to choose suitable Incoterms and shipping options based on your location and urgency.
How do we start a new project with you?
The simplest way is to contact us with your drawings, requirements and expected volumes. Our team will review your information, respond with clarifying questions if needed, and then provide a structured quotation and proposal.
