Founded in 2017 and based in Guangdong, China, the company operates more than *15,000 square meters of workshop space, equipped with advanced rubber production and testing equipment. OEM & ODM Services – From Concept to Production
Understanding requirements
Every project begins with a clear technical conversation. Customers share drawings, material specifications, performance expectations and, when available, samples or reference parts. We analyze working environments – including temperature, chemical media, mechanical loads and lifecycle expectations – before proposing an approach.
Material formulation & selection
Our material engineering team develops or selects formulations that align with performance, durability and regulatory needs. We work with elastomers that meet international standards such as *RoHS, REACH, FDA, LFGB and PAH limits*, and can support external certifications like UL, NSF or CE when required.
Tooling and mold development
Once the design and material are confirmed, we move into tooling. Molds are designed to balance part geometry, production efficiency and long-term stability. Our goal is to ensure that the *first batch and the 100th batch* remain consistent in dimension and performance.
Production & quality control
During production, we apply a layered quality system – from incoming material checks to in-process inspection and final testing of finished parts. Our quality management is certified under *ISO 9001* and *IATF 16949*, combining standard procedures with specific control plans agreed with each customer.
Packaging, logistics & ongoing support
Finished products are packed according to customer requirements, labeled clearly for traceability and shipped using established logistics partners.
